Service Description

Special offer, limited discount £30 (was £35) Tuesday 9th July 2024 at 10am - 12.30pm The Paper Wildflower - session 4 Dandelions are the brightest, most cheerful and ubiquitous of our wildflowers. They are cunning little plants which like to grow taller than we see them – when they get mown down, they grow back lower in an attempt to avoid the next trim! Traditional, dandelion has been used as a healing remedy, to treat liver, gall bladder and kidney complaints. It can also be used in salads and to make a delicious wine! Dandelions are a favourite of many pollinators and no wild flower class would be complete without them. Hawkweed is the dandelion's taller, leggier cousin, equally bright but slightly more elegant! Classes are suitable for beginners as well as those with some previous experience of making paper flowers. If you choose to purchase the full course please head to ‘The Paper Wildflower Course’. Over the course of 6 paper flower sessions you will learn how to make an array of flowers to build your own paper flower arrangement. Sessions can be purchased individually or as a course. The full course of six classes can be purchased at a discount of 15%. All materials, tools and refreshments will be provided. This class lasts for 2.5 hours from 10am - 12.30pm. Maximum 10 participants. If the class is cancelled you will receive a full refund. If you are unable to attend you will forfeit your deposit but you may choose to transfer it to another paper flower class, subject to availability.
