Paper Bouquet: Foliage 29th March 2023

Create a selection of foliage stems for your paper bouquet

  • 40 British pounds
  • Wood Street

Service Description

course offers a gentle introduction to the craft of paper flowers. Over 2.5 hours you will learn the basics of working with crepe paper to create beautifully realistic foliage. We cover cutting and crafting a range of leaves including ferns, rose leaves and eucalyptus. Adding foliage to your floral arrangement is like putting a frame around a picture, it frames the flower and finishes the arrangement off perfectly. Paper flower making is a wonderfully mindful activity, keeping you present in the moment - some people find it highly addictive! Once you have created a beautiful flower using nothing but paper, glue and wire, you will never look at a flower in the same way again. This session can be booked as a standalone session, and is part of a series, "The Paper Bouquet", which gives you everything you need to create a stunning paper bouquet: the large face flowers of the David Austin style English Roses, textural flowers and foliage. All tools and materials (plus tea, coffee and biscuits!) will be provided. Maximum class size 8. Deposits are non refundable but dates can be rescheduled.
