Please read and agree to the following:

• Health & Safety: I understand that while every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, I am responsible for my own health and well-being during the retreat. If I have any medical or mental health conditions that may impact my participation, I will take necessary precautions.

• Liability Waiver: I acknowledge that Paper by Dragonfly, Floragami and the masterclass organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the retreat.

• Cancellations: I understand the retreat’s cancellation policy as outlined in the terms and conditions.

• Data Protection: I consent to my personal data being collected and stored securely for the purpose of retreat planning and safety. I understand I can request deletion of my data after the retreat.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Unless paying in full, a deposit payment of £100 is payable on booking.
The deposit is non refundable.
An invoice for the outstanding balance will be issued by the date shown in the masterclass specific terms and conditions.
If you are unable to attend the masterclass, please notify us in writing via e-mail. Refunds as follows:
Cancellations up to five full weeks before the retreat - full refund (less deposit).
Any cancellations beyond this point are non refundable.
