Service Description

Get away from the daily grind and take some time for yourself! Making paper flowers is the perfect way to unwind. Need proof? Some students have been coming to my classes for over four years! For summer 2026, a series of Evening Classes starts Thursday 14th May 2026. This summer, evening classes will run in two blocks of four weeks each between May and July, Block one runs 14th May - 4th June, Block two runs 25th June - 16th July. ** BOOK SERIES 1 & 2 AT THE SAME TIME AND SAVE £30** Classes are suitable for paper flower makers with some experience and there will be plenty of encouragement for enthusiastic beginners! BLOCK 1 will focus on "David Austin" style Garden Roses with a hibiscus thrown in for good measure! Please check you can attend all classes as the rose is taught over three different sessions (and there may be some homework!) 14th May: Rose leaves and buds 21st May: David Austin Rose part 1 21st May: Hibiscus 28th May: David Austin Rose part 2 BLOCK 2 will focus on Peonies especially Coral Charm Peony and Bomb-form Peony. Please check you can attend all classes as the flowers are taught over two classes each (and there may be some homework!) 25th June: Coral Charm Pt 1 2nd July: Coral Charm P2 9th July: Bomb Peony Part 1 16th July: Bomb Peony Part 2 All tools and materials are provided, along with refreshments and, naturally, lots of biscuits. At each session you receive the templates and worksheet for the flower of the day. Classes run from 7pm - 9pm on Thursday evenings. SPACES: Maximum 10 spaces COST: £25 per class plus £20 for materials, PAYMENTS: Flexible booking options. Discounts when booking both series (-£30). Pay in full on booking or pay a deposit of £80 and the balance at the first class. MISSED CLASSES: Please advise in advance if you will miss a class*, you will receive all the materials for the session you missed.(* not advised!)

Cancellation Policy

The payment schedule for Evening Classes is as follows: Pay in full or pay a 50% deposit on booking with the balance payable at the first class. Cancellations: No cancellations, please check the date sin advance to make sure you can attend. If you are unable to attend you will receive a work pack with the templates, and relevant instructions and all materials relevant to the missed class. Where appropriate, Paper by Dragonfly reserves the right to fill any spaces where advance notification of absence has been given.
